We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, ensuring that your one-of-a-kind item arrives safely at your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can request an exchange or return within 10 business days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in pristine condition. All returns and exchanges must be approved by our shop in advance. Please reach out to us at shop@feknits.com to request approval before returning the item.

Important Notes:

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any associated process fees for returns or exchanges.
  • SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

fe is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. Once your order is in the hands of the courier service, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure delivery.
