Availability and Shipping Information

All the products belonging to the Collection are unique and individually hand made. For this reason, the process starts when orders are submitted. All these items have free shipping within the U.S.

International orders will be shipped with USPS Express Mail Service. We have a flat rate of $70 per item. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applied to your purchase upon entering a foreign country. However, if we’re over charging your order, you’ll be reimbursed :)

fe is not responsible for delays and/or problems with shipments caused by the courier service.  

Returns & Exchanges  

If you're not satisfied, you have 10 business days from delivery date for exchange or return upon approval from our shop. The item/s should be unused and in impeccable condition when returned. Please email shop@feknits.com to request approval before sending it back.

All the shipping costs and process fees associated with the exchange or return of item/s will be paid by the buyer.

Refund, Store Credit or Exchange

Unwound yarn, in their original condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days and before 3 months, you may return these products for store credit. Either way, please send your package to...
